Dr Tara Rawat was born in India, speaks both English and Hindi fluently, and can also understand Urdu and Punjabi. 

In 2007 Dr Rawat achieved her Fellowship in Respiratory Medicine in India, and worked in hospital Emergency and Psychiatry Departments after moving to Australia in 2014. 

Some of Dr Rawat’s most challenging experiences include working in Intensive Care, Organ Transplant Teams and caring for patients who were suffering from severe sepsis and under advanced life support.

Dr Rawat works at our Wyong and Bellbird practices but outside of work she enjoys gardening, travelling and cooking.
