Our patients are truly at the heart of everything we do. We are constantly trying to make your Reliance Health experience easier, simpler and more convenient for you. We strive to ensure we are delivering the highest standard in medical care to the Central Coast community.

We want our patients to feel supported, comfortable and understood right from their first point of contact with us, which is why we have a number of systems in place to streamline their experience and save them time. These include our online booking system and onsite concierge service, to make sure they’re always heading in the right direction.

At Reliance Health, we’re passionate about serving the Central Coast community that we live in. Our aim has always been to improve the quality of medical services available on the Central Coast, and we’re delivering this with our four state of the art facilities.

 

Management of your Personal Health Information

Reliance Medical Practice will ensure that personal information will only be used for the purpose it was collected, or that would reasonably be expected by the patient providing the information.

If the identified information is to be used for a secondary or unrelated purpose, such as data analysis or research, we will obtain informed consent from the patient.

Individuals will be given the opportunity to refuse such use or disclosure.

If a patient is physically or legally incapable of providing consent, a responsible person## (as described under the Act) may do so.

We will only disclose personal information without consent where such disclosure is required by law, or for law enforcement, or in the interests of the patient’s or the public’s health and safety.

We will keep records of any such use and disclosure.

Information may be disclosed to a responsible person (as described under the Act).

  ‘After hours’ period is outside 8am to 6pm weekdays, outside 8am to 1pm on Saturdays and all day on Sundays and public holidays

Babies not yet added to Medicare card will be charged at the Medicare rebate fee applicable to the appointment length.
